Xbox 360 Teams Up With NFL PLAY 60 to Support Youth Fitness With Kinect

As the official console sponsor of the NFL and NFL PLAY 60, Xbox 360 will work with the league’s youth health and fitness campaign to help kids have fun achieving healthy, active lifestyles.

The Xbox 360 division at Microsoft Corp. and the National Football League announced a multiyear sponsorship that makes Xbox 360 the official console sponsor of the NFL and NFL PLAY 60. Xbox 360 will work with the NFL’s youth health and wellness program, NFL PLAY 60, to help teach kids the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle while having fun with Kinect for Xbox 360.

“We are excited to be aligning with one of the world’s premier sports organizations and believe the Xbox 360 brand represents many of the same values as the NFL, including fun, fitness and great entertainment,” said Dennis Durkin, corporate vice president and chief operating and financial officer of Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business. “We particularly look forward to the opportunity to work with an incredible program like NFL PLAY 60 and help inspire today’s youth.” Read more

Audi to Advertise During Super Bowl XLVI

Audi’s Super Bowl spot will mark the fifth consecutive year for the brand in the big game

Audi of America announced that it will advertise during Super Bowl XLVI, the brand’s fifth consecutive time as an advertiser in the big game. San Francisco-based Venables Bell & Partners is creating the spot.

“The Super Bowl continues to be a platform to showcase a brand’s creativity and voice. Audi was the first auto maker in its class to begin advertising in the Super Bowl five years ago and we’re once again excited to be a part of the action,” said Scott Keogh, chief marketing officer, Audi of America. “We’ve achieved record levels of awareness and showroom traffic with national consideration numbers showing significant spikes post game, and are confident that this year will follow suit.”

In last year’s “Release the Hounds” spot, Audi became the first Super Bowl advertiser in history to tag an ad with a Twitter hashtag. The adventurous spot, featuring the new Audi A8 flagship sedan, was a parody of individuals attempting to escape from the confines of old luxury as portrayed in a luxury prison. Bud Light is bringing Bills fans a taste of NFL training camp when the Bud Light Fan Camp mobile experience arrives in Buffalo on Sunday, November 20.

Bud Light Fan Camp will be held at the Buffalo Bills Healthy Zone Fieldhouse from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, where teams of four (4) will be challenged to compete against each other in a variety of traditional and non-traditional NFL skills tests, each with a Bud Light twist.  Fan Camp events include:

  • Quick Kick: Kick footballs through inflatable uprights.
  • Precision Pass: Try to hit passing targets.
